Private Coaching

A three month minimum commitment is what you need to make it last.

Four interactions the first month either by phone, Skype or meeting for extra support in the beginning. Then, the number of interactions for months two and three can be determined.

Follow up email, recapping discussion, stating goals, the obstacles achieving them and strategies to surmount them provides guidance and support.

Included are articles, videos, recipes and/or grocery store visit for more understanding and support.

All sessions are 50 minutes.

COLLECTIVE STRENGTH

Group Sessions

A two month minimum commitment to get the ball rolling and make what you’ve learned, stick.

Four interactions per month.

Of the four interactions, three will be group and one private so that we can share successes and roadblocks while going deeper in a one on one.

All interactions will include a follow up email, recapping discussion, stating goals, the obstacles achieving them and strategies to surmount them, according to individual need.

Included are articles, videos, recipes and suggestions for buttressed support.

Included is a Health History review.

Group sessions are 75 minutes. Individual session is 50 min.
